Great Location with All the Amenities

Wonderful historic property in a fantastic location - just steps away from the "center" of it all - Gifford House, Boatslip, Joe's and the Town Center. Was a pleasant stay in a well-restored home with a huge kitchen, three full bathrooms, and a great deck area and outside shower. Kitchen was well equipped and the home had Bluetooth speakers all around the house for entertainment. Would return!

The Cook house is an absolute dream vocation home. The location was tucked away to feel private yet still so close to all the fun you want to be around. There are giant hydrangeas surrounding the house which is so stunning, makes you feel like you’re in a secret garden. The kitchen is so large and open to cook and hang out, with a lovely indoor outdoor layout. Whoever decorated the house bravo!! Bedrooms all very comfortable and spacious….bidets were a lovely surprise. Hope to book the Cook House next visit.

Such an amazing house. The house is historic with an incredible model renovation: 3 bedrooms upstairs, and a smaller 4th bed/office downstairs. We traveled with friends and a 2yo for Family Week and couldn't recommend this house more. Maria, the manager, was a phenomenal resource. 10/10.

The Cook House made for such an incredible getaway! Beautifully redone, the house gave us all the space we needed and we loved the large kitchen with indoor / outdoor dining! The management company was very responsive and available for any question. Highly recommend the Cook House!
