Great view of harbor, a pleasant setting, nice nearby shopkeepers. I have rented this apt 7 times: 2012, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2020, 2021, and now in 2022. Often for a week, but 2020 and 2021 were for a month each and then this year back to a week rental when the price went up. The only drawback is the bed is starting to be defective, and the BBQ is starting to rust. Outside of that it's a nice place.

What a perfect place to spend a P-town vacation week in! The apartment feels both cozy and spacious and has very nice furnishings, including artistic decorations and a comfy king bed. It's in a good town center location, convenient to everything but also quiet. Add to that the fabulous view and large well-furnished balcony and you couldn't ask for more!! Many thanks to Maria at Gibson Sotheby who was super friendly and very efficient.

I had a very pleasant stay here. There was a house under construction next door but they weren't working every day thankfully. Maria took very good care of me and was a fantastic rental agent. I would suggest bringing your own pillows and sheets. Towels were very nice though. Deck is in bad shape but the view made up for it.

The unit was clean and spacious, with amazing views from the large deck right outside the living room/dining room area. It was right in the center of town and convenient to restaurants, shops, etc. The one thing I would advise future renters is that there is no parking on site. We were fortunate that our friends stayed in a condo with 2 parking spaces and we used one. Otherwise, parking for 7 days could run approximately $300. Additionally, there are two steep staircases to enter the unit. But, overall, this was one of the best places we have rented in Town in 28 years. We highly recommend it.

Looking at my records, I have rented this unit 6 times since 2012, so it appears we like it and its view of the harbor. The balcony and BBQ are a pleasure. The kitchen is well stocked and the unit is pleasant. However, I have noticed that there is some wear in the wood, breaks in the screen door that should be repaired, and a fresh coat of paint would help. The cutting block could use a sanding down, and the bed is starting to get old. i would like to return in the coming years and would be interested to know that the apt is being properly maintained.
