Great place to stay, highly recommended! : )

The home was exactly as described- updated, clean well thought out layout and plenty of room. Each bedroom had an adjacent sitting area for anyone that needed a little extra time away from the rest of the house.

We enjoyed our stay (2 parents, 1 nanny, 2 kids under 5). The house is newly renovated, great kitchen, comfortable master. ACs work very well to keep everyone cool in the summer months. The house is thoughtfully stocked with literally everything you may need. We enjoyed our stay in a lovely West End spot.

We rented the house to celebrate a family member\'s 70th birthday and enjoyed the fabulous home. The layout of 3 bedrooms, each on their own floor and each with extra personal space worked out so well. Our toddler enjoyed the yard. And the location was stellar. We\'d definitely stay here again!

We had a nice time, there was a little nook for everyone to have some space. The kitchen was fully stocked. The stairs to the top floor are narrow and tall but we were able to navigate safely.

My husband and I spent one week with two friends in this lovely home. The location is perfect - in the quiet West End, a short stroll to the Ptown Inn or bikeride to the beach, and a moderate walk to the sites of Ptown. The house is modern, spacious and bright inside with every convenience one could want. We will definitely stay here again.

Everything was as pictured. Nice house in a nice location. AC downstairs is not in the bedroom so it can get a bit warm, but fans are provided.

Good location in Provincetown. The little red house is approximately opposite the Red Inn, and with access to the Red Inn's beach. We found the property clean and well-maintained (except for the wifi, which was fixed immediately).

I'm cutting and pasting what I sent to Maria Cull. 1. The water situation on the basement level continues to be a problem. The shower stall fills up too quickly and the toilet continues to almost overflow when flushed. Jim tried to fix this, but, obviously not successfully. Since we will not be using this level again before we leave, we would appreciate it if repairs are done after our departure which will be 5:00 AM tomorrow morning.2. The air conditioner in the first floor bedroom continues to leak. Jim tried to fix this as well, but it's still an issue. We won't use it again. Same as above regarding repairs.3. The condition of the basement outdoor patio was abysmal. It was quite dirty and took us an hour or so to clean it up as it was obviously not cleaned for months. If these issues are corrected, it would be a lovely space to rent again. Many thanks.
