Simply amazing! Ideal location with parking in the heart of town. Check in and out was effortless and the communication with the host was superb! Space was super clean when we arrived and the neighbors were a delight! We will be staying there again!

We stayed in a beautiful 2 bedroom apartment that was as good as advertised. The value we got for this rental was fantastic— very affordable considering we were right in the heart of town and the house was clean/well maintained. Check in and check out were easy and the communication leading up to and during our stay was great. I will be booking all of my future Provincetown rentals here.

We’ve stayed at the same property with Godwin’s Vacation Rentals every year for several years now, and it’s always been a great experience. Communication is fast and friendly, booking is easy, and the property is always spotless and exactly as described. Whenever we’ve had a question, someone gets back to us right away.

P-town has plenty of rental options, but the consistency and care from this team is what keeps us coming back to the same place year after year. Highly recommend — five stars!

Photos online could\'ve been better to help show the property better. It was a great place! Would\'ve been nice to get into the place early since it was ready, but somehow it seems that ball may have been dropped. Would happily return there next year
