Tranquility by the Sea Shore reclaimed Eastham as our favorite place on the Cape. The house is beautifully situated and very accessible-windows line the living area so that the bay is always present. Outdoor spaces are especially comfortable! The walkway to the stairs was so easy to navigate. We never left - we brought in lobsters and clams and used the well-equipped kitchen nightly. Perhaps the member of our family who loved the house best was our four year-old English Cream retriever! Thank you for being pet friendly. We hope to come back next year."

Wonderful historic property in a fantastic location - just steps away from the "center" of it all - Gifford House, Boatslip, Joe's and the Town Center. Was a pleasant stay in a well-restored home with a huge kitchen, three full bathrooms, and a great deck area and outside shower. Kitchen was well equipped and the home had Bluetooth speakers all around the house for entertainment. Would return!"

The property was perfect, and the view was indeed spectacular. In all of our years of staying in VRBO houses this was the best start and cared for. It’s location was perfect. Our only problem was that the second bedroom was essentially a loft with a high to enter it, and my wife was afraid of heights and couldn’t use it so our friends who are tall used it and it wasn’t ideal for them in terms of height. Nevertheless, this property is as good as it gets and we appreciated our stay."

We really enjoyed our stay. The loft was the perfect place for our teenagers- it gave all of us enough room to have both space and togetherness. The kitchen is well appointed and has most everything you need. Town is a short 10 minute walk and the view from the deck is lovely! I will say that there are many very nice decorations on many surfaces which I moved to safer spots as I feared my kids would not be as aware of their surroundings as they should and I didn’t want anything broken. That’s not a criticism- just something to note if you have kids. This condo is beautiful and I recommend without reservation!"

The Cook house is an absolute dream vocation home. The location was tucked away to feel private yet still so close to all the fun you want to be around. There are giant hydrangeas surrounding the house which is so stunning, makes you feel like you’re in a secret garden. The kitchen is so large and open to cook and hang out, with a lovely indoor outdoor layout. Whoever decorated the house bravo!! Bedrooms all very comfortable and spacious….bidets were a lovely surprise. Hope to book the Cook House next visit."

What a wonderful home! We loved going to bed at night with the sound of the waves and the ocean breezes and then waking up to the beautiful views of the bay.
